1847-C Liberty Half Eagle. MS-60 (NGC). Bright yellow gold with olive iridescence. Nicely struck for the date with nearly full design elements on both sides. A popular Charlotte Mint issue. One of 20 Mint State grading <em>events </em>for the date at NGC, the finest among those MS-63.Choice for the grade with better eye appeal than usual for a Mint State-60 coin.
