1787 New Jersey Copper. Maris 55-m, W-5305. Rarity-4. Second U/S in Pluribus. VG-10 (PCGS). 130.6 grains. Light olive-brown and steel surfaces that have just minor roughness in the fields and some light scuffs on the high points. Overall decent for the grade and aside from some weakness at the centers, the detail is really that of a solid Fine+. The O over S feature is very bold. Provenance: From the Sydney F.
