1843 Braided Hair Cent. N-2, 7. Rarity-1. Petite Head, Small Letters. MS-65 BN (NGC). Traces of original brick-red and gold color outline portions of the legends and devices. Medium brown toning graces the fields and portrait. Suitably struck and nearly unabraded, a well preserved Gem example of this interesting type.
