Lot Description

1837 Modified Matron Head Cent. N-6. Rarity-2-. Plain Cord, Medium Letters. MS-62 BN (NGC). Medium brown with lustrous fields and a few patches of darker patina or carbon. The strike is better than average and the die state early enough to make the stars crisp,  but the dentils are mushy below the date.
