Writing in the 2015 edition of the <em>Cherrypickers' Guide</em>, Bill Fivaz and J.T. Stanton describe the 1943-P FS-106 as "<em>...one of the Jefferson nickel 'Top 10' varieties. It is becoming more and more difficult to locate." </em>Bright and untoned throughout.
