- 1722 Rosa Americana Penny. Martin 2.12-D.3, W-1268. Rarity-6. UTILE DULCI. AU-50 (PCGS). 120.8 grains. The striking definition is beyond criticism, and even the peripheral motifs are boldly defined, save only for the tip ends of a few letters. The D in DEI is clearly repunched. The surfaces are smooth and nearly mark-free, while even wear is apparent on the king's hair curls.
