This beautiful premium Gem exhibits an essentially brilliant appearance with traces of champagne-pink iridescence on fully struck, silky smooth surfaces. Although the 1924 is one of the more readily obtainable "Roaring Twenties" Buffalo nickels in Mint State, premium Gem survivors such as this are scarcer in an absolute sense than a sizeable mintage of 21,620,000 pieces might imply.
