Warm medium brown patina overall with a few blushes of steel-olive on the reverse. The denticulation is a bit bolder at left than elsewhere on the obverse, the reverse is better centered, and both sides retain plenty of bold to sharp definition to the major design elements. The surfaces are free of troublesome blemishes and present very nicely during in-hand viewing. Breen Die State I.
