- 1919-S Walking Liberty Half Dollar. MS-63 (PCGS). Lustrous satin surfaces are just a few stray marks away from a higher Choice Mint State rating. A bit lightly struck in the centers, typical of the issue, yet sharper elsewhere. The eye appeal is strong for the grade, the surfaces virtually brilliant in the absence of all but the lightest iridescent toning.
