Lot Description

1850 Braided Hair Cent. N-5. Rarity-4. Grellman State-b. AU-55 (PCGS). Medium chocolate brown with bluish steel highlights on both sides. Traces of natural debris cling to some of the recesses, which are really only visible under magnification. Nicely struck and pleasing, with one tiny nick on the inner rim near Star 10.
