1889 Liberty Seated Quarter. Proof-66 Cameo (PCGS). CAC. Dusted with iridescent champagne-gold toning, this gorgeous Gem also offers bold cameo contrast and silky smooth surfaces. This late date Proof Liberty Seated quarter hails from a mintage of 711 pieces. It is more carefully preserved and attractive than most survivors we have handled in recent years, and comes highly recommended for inclusion in an advanced type set.
