1875-S Liberty Head Quarter Eagle. AU-55 (PCGS). Sharply defined overall, both sides also offer attractive patina in vivid honey-orange. A touch of glossiness to the texture and wispy hairlines suggest a light cleaning, but with this much detail remaining this is still a conditionally scarce survivor of a frontier era gold issue that is almost always offered in lower circulated grades.
