Lot Description

Ex R.S.D. Collection, as noted on the insert. A totally untoned frosty lustrous GEM with bold radiating cartwheel brilliance. The design elements are crisply struck and the surfaces are PQ and high end, bordering on the SUPERB classification and this beauty looks like it just came off the press. WOW! PCGS 28, NGC 9, CAC 11. There are 15 graded MS66+ (clearly this has to include much duplication!) There are just three finer. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $3,250 and it doubles in MS67! Bid accordingly.
