Lot Description

Distinctively toned Proof like Morgan is sure to please. A halo of deep red gold with hints of violet surrounds mostly white centers and lends to this coin's distinctive appearance. Well struck with strong details. Deeply mirrored surfaces provide excellent contrast with the deeply mirrored fields. The mirrors magnify light contact marks that are appropriate for the assigned grade. PCGS 73, NGC 39. Only 18 graded higher. PCGS price guide value $2,200. No recent auction records for NGC graded coins. DMPL Morgans are quite scarce in MS64 or better and this coin will be a nice addition to a quality set. Cert. Number 237947-019 PCGS # 999999
