Lot Description

Gigi Consignment. Cohen-2, the "close date" showing digits in 1811 fairly near one another. Likable for the exceptional level of originality, the obverse features dark leather-brown color, with the reverse showing similar patina except for the addition of a fair amount of "grunge" worked into the textual denomination and the wreath. Microscopically granular overall, some vague marks include three or four obverse hairlines well-toned into the patina, and a trivial nick above HALF on the reverse.
