1856 Liberty Head Eagle. AU-55 (PCGS). Vibrant yellow-gold surfaces glow with considerable luster around the devices. Overall sharp and remarkably smooth, especially on the reverse. Despite a relatively limited mintage of 60,490 pieces, the 1856 is one of the more readily obtainable 1850s eagles in lower circulated grades.
