A sharply struck GEM 29-S. Representing the year of the famed stock market crash. Every detail is crisply rendered including on Liberty's hand and fully separated drapery lines. The luster is brilliant and billowy with a thick, satiny frost. There is a short scratch in the field, which is all that precludes CAC approval and a higher grade. This mark does not have a serious impact on the overall visual appeal of this GEM. PCGS 234, NGC 136. The last NGC MS65 sold for $2,520 in February 2020 and the current Collectors Universe value is $2,850. Conditionally scarce any finer, this is a nice coin for the collector. Cert.
