Lot Description
One look at the provenance of this coin, and you know it has to be amazing. Previous owners of this coin include Gerry Forsythe, and Tom McCaroll, both of who had/have insane Buffalo sets. It would not be wrong if this coin were to ever be in a PR69 holder (WE MAKE NO PROMISES). Killer deep mirrors beam intensely all over. You need Ray Bans on to view the coin. A full MONSTER ring of neon like violet/green/gold hugs the peripheries and opens into sizzling lilac centers. Mother Nature could not have done any better. There are ZERO spots or imperfections to be found even using a strong glass. All of the details are sharply struck. The eye appeal is both memorable and jaw dropping! PCGS 45, NGC 60. PCGS has graded only 2 in PR68+. There are actually 2 PR69's both of which are impounded in major collections. NO PR68+'s have ever been sold via auction. Folks, this a masterpiece sent directly from numismatic heaven! If you LOVE toning or the VERY best quality, here you go. This coin has been to CAC. We do not know why it did not bean (we think it should have). We believe there will be an all out bidding war here. See this coin in person; it is one of the ultimate Proof Buffalos! Cert.
