Deep sunset-red in color with a rich, satiny appearance the fields. The strike is sharp and the surfaces are free of individually mentionable abrasions, although a few minor lines explain the grade from PCGS. Examples are scarce-to-rare in all grades with Uncirculated coins decidedly in the latter category.
