A wonderful GEM example of this important Proof Walker date, the first of the "modern" Proofs. Watery brilliant reflective fields show off freckled iridescent golden-tan toning. Well struck and without flaw, the eye appeal is excellent. PCGS 21, NGC 20. The most recent NGC-graded example to sell in auction brought $5,040 in August 2022 and the current Collectors Universe value is listed at $7,250. A great looking coin worthy of a wonderful set.
