1849/6 Seated Liberty Half Dime. Breen-3053. MS-64 (PCGS). Lustrous golden gray with lively steel and golden overtones. Magnification reveals the overdate details to full advantage. Struck from a shattered reverse die with small cracks wending their way here and there throughout the motifs. A fine example that pushes the lower end of the next grade.
