Lot Description

A gorgeous untoned, highly reflective borderline GEM. The fields are ultra flashy and wonderfully mirrored with a soft light golden hue. The devices are sharply struck up and fully frosted, imparting the Deep Cameo contrast. A few light lines in the fields account for the grade, but they have no serious impact on the outstanding eye appeal. PCGS 7, NGC 5. The most recent example sold in the 2018 FUN auction for $5,520 and prior to that, one sold in the 2013 FUN auction for $7,050. The current PCGS value is listed at $8,000 and just a single PR64+ DCAM is graded finber. Good luck, this is a great centennial year Trade dollar Proof for the date collector. Cert.
