Lot Description

1890 Liberty Seated Half Dollar. WB-101. MS-63 (PCGS). Sharply struck and nearly full enough to pass for a Proof, save for minor softness on the eagle's talons. A thin layer of cloudiness in the fields fails to conceal their noticeable reflectivity. A lovely piece with a few superficial hairlines and trivial field marks that keep it from grading finer.
