Lot 56 1817 N-2 R3 PCGS graded AU55+, CAC Approved.Frosty steel brown with golden tan faded down from mint color covering the protected areas on both sides. A cent with excellent eye appeal. No spots or stains, only a few small contact marks. A nick in the dentils at star 13 is the only notable mark. LDS with a bisecting die crack slanting across the reverse. Graded AU55 net AU50 and tied for CC#6 in the Noyes census, his photo #36757. Bland says AU55. Our grade is AU50+, close to AU55.
