1808 Draped Bust Half Cent. C-3. Rarity-1. Manley Die State 4.0. AU-55 (PCGS). Somewhat glossy chestnut brown on the obverse with deep golden tan the status of the reverse. Lightly worn and not heavily marked. Reverse die aligned just shy of 180 degrees. This date is, more often than not, encountered in a porous and granular "scudzy" state. From the final year of the design type. PCGS# 1107. Provenance: From the Wilmington Collection of Half Cents.
