- Gem Proof-65 Cameo 1864 $1 Tied as Finest Cameo Certified by PCGS 1864 Liberty Seated Silver Dollar. Proof-65 Cameo (PCGS). A lovely Gem example characterized by pale champagne toning deepening to vivid gold at the borders. The motifs are sharp and frosty and the fields are glittering mirrors. Only 470 Proof examples were minted during the year. Comparatively few examples have been awarded the Cameo designation by PCGS, and most of those are in the Proof-63 to Proof-64 range. PCGS# 87007.
