Lot Description

Strong eye appeal on this flashy and premium Gem Mint State example. Nearly brilliant with suggestions of pale golden-tan iridescence here and there. Only 1,050 Proof nickels were made in 1915, survivors numbering 700 or so coins (per John W. Dannreuther, <em>United States Proof Coins</em>, 2023). With the coveted CAC approval sticker this one is worthy of a very strong bid.
