Lot Description
1910-D Barber Quarter. MS-65 (PCGS). Well struck for this challenging issue, especially on the reverse, this Gem 1910-D quarter also exhibits lively satin luster and subtle flashes of iridescent blue against a light golden-russet backdrop. The only mintmarked Barber quarter of the date, the 1910-D is a scarce issue in all but the lowest circulated grades. Only 1,500,000 coins were produced, and this pretty piece is far finer than the typically encountered survivor. PCGS# 5658. NGC ID: 23ZM. PCGS Population: 18; 14 finer (MS-67 finest). Provenance: From the Frog Run Farm Collection.
