Lot Description

1804 Draped Bust Half Cent. C-10. Rarity-1. Manley Die State 3.0. Crosslet 4, Stems. AU-58 BN (NGC). A chocolate-brown half cent with some lighter highlights throughout. Some faded white detritus in the drapery folds and  within the loops of the date numerals suggest a long-ago cleaning that has since toned over and is now suitable for third-party certification. No marks of any magnitude are seen, even with a loupe, and the devices are fairly sharp throughout. A nice candidate for a type set.
