Mintage: 4320. 23 graded AU-55, 51 higher at PCGS. Somewhat flashy as are some other examples off the low-emission dies, the unworn areas protected by the devices still gleam under good illumination. Because the series has not been well promoted nor heavily collected, few realize this date's true scarcity, as some authorities suggest that fewer than a hundred examples remain in existence. Bidders are cautioned about an absurdly long grader's hair adhering to the right side of the coin.
