Lot Description

1853 Braided Hair Cent. N-7. Rarity-2. Grellman State-b. MS-65RB (PCGS). Steel brown in the more exposed areas of the obverse, balanced out by rich retained orange red in the protected areas. The reverse is light olive and pale blue steel. A lovely cent with great color, luster and eye appeal. A gentle abrasion on the cheek and a few scattered old flecks on the obverse.
