Rare No Arrows 1853-O Half Dime. Deep blue gray toning with moderate wear consistent with the grade. A lower mintage half dime with relatively few survivors and even fewer appearances at auction. The last year of the Stars on Obverse Type preceding the weight reduction during 1853. PCGS 6, NGC 3. Only 13 finer at PCGS. Listed in the PCGS price guide at $3,000.
