1836 Modified Matron Head Cent. N-3. Rarity-1. AU-53 (PCGS). A later die state example with the rim cud over star 6. Nice frosty medium-brown with silvery overtones. Small spot of verdigris on the leaf tip over the E in ONE, otherwise free of notable imperfections. Provenance: From the John McBride Collection.
