1859-O Seated Liberty Silver Dollar. MS-64 (NGC). With vivid reddish-gray and orange-apricot iridescence to overall smooth-looking surfaces, this '59-O Seated Dollar is far superior in quality to the typically offered BU example from the Treasury Department releases of the 1960s. Suitably bold in strike by the standards of the issue, the reverse is nothing short of sharp. Vibrant mint luster is easily seen, and it even provides modest, yet appreciable cartwheel visual effects as the coin rotates under a light.
