CHOICE and original! A lovely early Seated Liberty dime. Richly toned with dove and lilac overtones while antique silver shimmers throughout. Well struck and very clean for the assigned grade, the eye appeal is excellent. PCGS 4, NGC 9, CAC 3. Only one PCGS/CAC coin sold in auction realizing a very reasonable $680 in December 2020. The only PCGS coin to sell before that was back in October 2000! Clearly they do not appear with any frequency. The current Collectors Universe value is listed at $900 and the CAC CPG value is $1,290. Fewer than three dozen have graded in higher Mint State grades, and we think this is underrated at this grade level. Cert. Number 33298615 PCGS # 4569.00
