What a gorgeously toned GEM 1952 nickel, one of the FINEST graded in the Full Step definition. Clearly sharp in strike and radiantly lustrous on both sides, this coin has vivid, concentric bands of rainbow tone. A few tiny ticks are all that keeps this from an even loftier grade. PCGS 8, NGC 5. The last PCGS-graded example brought $3,525 in October 2016 and the current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $4,000. Just two are finer (both 66+ FS). Bound for a SUPERB set! Cert.
