- 1788 Connecticut Copper. Miller 16.1-D, W-4595. Rarity-3. Draped Bust Left. EF-40 (PCGS). 132.4 grains. Very attractive even light brown with smooth, glossy surfaces. Just a nice looking example of an ideal 1788 type coin. A thin hairline descends from the chin of the obverse portrait, and a couple little rim nicks are noted on the reverse. Well centered, well struck, and pleasing. Provenance: From the E Pluribus Unum Collection. PCGS #409 and #687237.
