Lot Description

From the collection of Jerome Zonca.  Handsome original toning.  Luster outlines most of the stars.  The surfaces are uncommonly smooth for a circulated bust half-dollar.  Stewards of the coin over the past 200+ years made sure it would remain unscathed.  A good percentage of 1814 Single Leaves come with problems.  Not this one.   Estimate: $1,500 to $2,000
