1787 Vermont Copper. W-2255, RR-13, Bressett 17-V. URS-12. BRITANNIA. EF-40 BN (NGC). Crimson-copper surfaces are expectably bolder on the obverse for this poorly produced Machin's Mills issue. A bit of light porosity is noted, as is scattered verdigris that is more prevalent on the reverse.
