FROM THE SAND HILL COLLECTION. B-2, C-2. Very well struck devices and satin smooth fields show only the slightest touch of friction on the surfaces. Rich, glossy chocolate brown and lustrous surfaces. A very attractive example. PCGS 49, NGC 42, CAC 9. Again, another date/grade that no CAC-approved example has ever sold via auction. The most recent non-CAC PCGS coin to sell realized $600 in June 2018 and prior to that, one sold for $999 in September 2015. Clearly worthy of a bid well in excess of the current PCGS value.
