Struck in deep yellow gold common to early Federal gold coins. Surfaces are evenly worn from extensive circulation with all major design elements clearly visible. Handling marks are consistent with the grade; most are unobtrusive and blend neatly into the devices. The overall appearance is quite pleasing for a coin at this grade level. PCGS 2, NGC 0. Listed in the PCGS Price Guide with a value of $3,500. There are no recent auction records for the grade.
