- Had San Francisco been able to strike proof cents in 1912, they might have looked exactly like this stunning beauty. Exceedingly precise details, virtually squared rims and even discernible matte surface texture are suggestive of matte strikings from Philadelphia. Fabulous, vibrant orange emanates from the entire surface, and inquisitive bidders may discover a very nice clashed die most readily visible from the reverse. Three graded MS-66RD, three MS-66RB, none higher.
