Nicholas Jackson Collection. Overton-123 (R.4). Only a thin line forms the top of the shield, topped with an incomplete center point. Aiding identification of this very scarce and desirable die-marriage, the center line of the shield descends much too far into the tail of the arrow. Modestly steely in overall appearance, both sides gleam with energetic luster, splashed with a gossamer layer of violet-blue. Intricately detailed in most areas, the cap and a few upper obverse stars appear to be a trifle flat.
