This is the SINGLE FINEST 1931 in RB at PCGS, and is truly 90%+ RED. Indeed, it is all RED with just some minor mellowing. Strong mint bloom radiates all over, bringing the brilliance of the red color and subtle overtones to life. Sharply struck and very high end, this coin will fit nicely in an all RD set. PCGS 1, NGC 1, CAC 1. NONE have sold in auction. The Collectors Universe value is $850, but that level will have to be increased when the hammer falls.
