1860 Liberty Head Quarter Eagle. Type II Reverse. MS-62 (PCGS). Handsome honey-rose patina enhances both sides of this nicely struck, sharply defined example. The 1860 is among the more available pre-Civil War era Liberty Head quarter eagles, but it is scarce and underrated in Mint State, especially when compared to the 1861.
