Lot 71 1817 N-11 R1 PCGS graded MS63 Brown, CAC Approved.Lustrous medium steel brown and light chocolate with faint hints of very faded underlying mint red in a few places. Nicely struck EDS with full radial lines in all the stars and well-defined dentils around both sides. Just a few minor defects including a spot of microscopic reddish roughness at the top of star 13 and a tiny planchet flake on the right foot of the T in CENT (as struck). Our grade is MS60+.The attribution and Neiswinter provenance are noted on the PCGS label.
