- 1911-D Indian Quarter Eagle. Weak D. EF-45 (PCGS). Deep honey-gold with lively iridescent orange highlights. The D mintmark is very weak -- this writer's (FVV) old eyes have difficulty locating it, even under low magnification. Still, the surfaces are mostly unmarked despite the stay in commerce. PCGS# 7954.
