FROM THE INCLINE COLLECTION The "wavy" steps are well struck on this transitional issue, as are all the details on both obverse and reverse. The surfaces are highly lustrous nickel-silver. A soft blush of pastel iridescent toning can be seen at angles when viewed in a light. The eye appeal is very special indeed. PCGS 10, NGC 0. There are two auction records from 2016 and 2017, the most recent selling for $1,175. The current PCGS Price Guide value is listed at $1,500.
