The 60-D half is one of those dates that is quite scarce with a FBL designation. Untoned and mint fresh, this sharply struck GEM has fully struck separation on the bell. Brilliantly lustrous surfaces radiate all over and the surfaces are minimally marked. The eye appeal is great. PCGS 50, NGC 10. RARE any finer, there are just 10 finer.
