Lot Description

This is a very high end and impressive GEM that is on the cusp of a SUPERB GEM grade. Light pastel iridescent toning is dusted over the wonderfully lustrous and satiny smooth surfaces on this LM-10. Well struck devices stand out, giving this coin a great look. We honestly do not know why CAC did not "bean" this one. PCGS 7, NGC 30 (all varieties). The current Collectors Universe value is listed at $8,500 and we like this coin better than the CAC-approved example we sold in July 2021 for $6,756. There are a few examples graded finer, but this coin has great look and will sell for a strong price. This makes a great representative for the type set collector. Cert. Number 44683786 PCGS # 4285
